What this is

psst.tr gives you a link. Anyone who opens it can send you a question, a confession or a drawing without making an account, and it arrives in your inbox with no name on it. It is run by one person as a personal project, for free, and it is invite only.

You must be 18 or over

psst.tr is not for children. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older. We cannot verify this, which is exactly why it matters that you are honest about it. If we are told an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it.

Anonymous to them, not untraceable

The person receiving your message never sees who you are. That is not the same as leaving no trace. Turkish law (Law No. 5651) requires us to keep traffic records — your IP address, the time, and your browser's user-agent — for every message sent. We keep them for two years and then delete them automatically. If a court or prosecutor lawfully demands them, we hand them over.

Anyone who tells you an anonymous messaging service operated from Turkey is untraceable is either mistaken or lying. Write accordingly.

What you may not send

• Threats of violence, or anything that would make a reasonable person fear for their safety
• Harassment, hate speech, or content attacking someone for who they are
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form, ever
• Someone's private information — address, phone number, workplace, school, photographs of them
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide
• Spam, scams, advertising, or links to either
• Impersonation of a real person or organisation
• Anything unlawful under Turkish law

Some of this is caught automatically before it reaches anyone. Do not treat what gets through the filter as permission.

Reporting, and what we do about it

Every message, every reply-wall card and every public page has a report button. Reports reach a human. We aim to look within 24 hours and we keep a record of what was reported, when, and what we did. If content breaks these rules we remove it. If an account keeps breaking them we ban it.

Invites, and why a ban can spread

You can only join with an invite from an existing member, and you get a limited number to hand out. If an account is used for coordinated abuse, we may ban not only that account but the accounts it invited, and the accounts those invited. We look at each one before doing it, and we can undo any of them individually — but understand that vouching for someone is a real thing here, not a formality.

Your account

Your handle is yours while you have it, and it is never reissued to anyone else if you leave. You are responsible for what you post publicly on your reply wall. You can delete any message you receive at any time.

This is a free personal project, provided as-is. It may break, lose data, or stop existing. Do not use it for anything that matters more than it can bear.

Onlara anonim — ama izsiz değil

Mesajını alan kişi kim olduğunu asla görmez. Bu, hiç iz bırakmadığın anlamına gelmez. 5651 sayılı kanun, gönderilen her mesaj için trafik kaydı tutmamızı zorunlu kılar: IP adresin, zaman damgası ve tarayıcı bilgin. Bunları iki yıl saklar, sonra otomatik olarak sileriz. Mahkeme ya da savcılık hukuka uygun şekilde talep ederse teslim ederiz.

Türkiye'den yürütülen bir anonim mesaj servisinin izsiz olduğunu söyleyen ya yanılıyordur ya da yalan söylüyordur. Ona göre yaz.

Gönderemeyeceklerin

• Şiddet tehdidi ya da makul birini güvenliğinden endişe ettirecek her şey
• Taciz, nefret söylemi, birine kimliği yüzünden saldıran içerik
• 18 yaşından küçükleri içeren cinsel içerik — hiçbir biçimde, hiçbir zaman
• Birinin özel bilgileri: adres, telefon, iş yeri, okul, fotoğrafı
• Kendine zarar vermeye ya da intihara teşvik
• Spam, dolandırıcılık, reklam veya bunlara giden linkler
• Gerçek bir kişi ya da kurum gibi davranmak
• Türk hukukuna aykırı her şey

Bunların bir kısmı kimseye ulaşmadan otomatik olarak engellenir. Filtreden geçen şeyi izin sayma.

Şikayet ve sonrası

Her mesajda, her cevap duvarı kartında ve her herkese açık sayfada bir şikayet düğmesi var. Şikayetler bir insana ulaşır. 24 saat içinde bakmayı hedefliyoruz ve neyin, ne zaman bildirildiğini ve ne yaptığımızı kayıt altında tutuyoruz. İçerik kuralları çiğniyorsa kaldırırız. Bir hesap çiğnemeye devam ederse yasaklarız.

Davetler ve yasağın neden yayılabildiği

Buraya yalnızca mevcut bir üyenin davetiyle girilir ve dağıtabileceğin davet sayısı sınırlıdır. Bir hesap örgütlü kötüye kullanım için kullanılırsa, yalnızca o hesabı değil, onun davet ettiklerini ve onların davet ettiklerini de yasaklayabiliriz. Bunu yapmadan önce her birine tek tek bakarız ve istediğimizi tek tek geri alabiliriz — ama şunu bil ki burada birine kefil olmak gerçek bir şeydir, formalite değil.

Hesabın

Kullanıcı adın sende olduğu sürece senindir ve ayrılsan bile bir başkasına asla verilmez. Cevap duvarında herkese açık paylaştıklarından sen sorumlusun. Aldığın her mesajı istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Bu ücretsiz, kişisel bir proje; olduğu gibi sunulur. Bozulabilir, veri kaybedebilir ya da tamamen ortadan kalkabilir. Kaldıramayacağı kadar önemli şeyler için kullanma.
